because everyone deserves a place to thrive

Kaiser Permanente is committed to building a healthier world where everyone has the tools they need to thrive.

We know that health and housing go hand-in-hand. That’s why we're working with Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley to build Esperanza Place – a new community of 42 affordable townhomes in the heart of Walnut Creek.

Affordable housing in the heart of Walnut Creek

Future Esperanza Place homeowners won’t have to choose between a safe home and one they can afford.

That means fewer health problems, less stress and more money in the wallet to pay for things that advance health like medications, healthy foods, outdoor activities, vacations and outings with friends and family.
